Byrum is seeking a Residential HVAC Lead Installer to take ownership of full-system installs in occupied homes and new construction. You will lead a small crew, install furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, air handlers, and ductwork, and ensure all work meets code, manufacturer specs, and company quality standards.
